MINISTRY ::
As a faith-based organization, we began Christian Event Photography as a ministry to the Christian community. We have more than 20 years of experience in the fields of journalism, marketing, graphics, and photography shooting concerts, community events, church events and more.
Our motto is "Discover your God-given talent and use it for His purpose."
Our heart's desire is to do exactly that with our love for photography.
God has laid this opportunity on our heart's to make photography our ministry.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
As a Christian Event Photography ministry, we have one purpose — Spreading the Gospel through our photographs.

My life-long passion is and has been Photography. I started my photography endeavor in high school, while focusing my extracurricular activities on Yearbook, Journalism and Photojournalism. My dream since I was about 12 years old was to work for a newspaper. I accomplished that dream by working for The Villager newspaper in The Woodlands, Texas, from 1993 to 2006.
During my tenure at The Villager, I had many occasions to display my talent and passion at various events in and around the community. I worked with Live Nation (Pace Concerts) for 11 years to help promote and shoot concerts, along with Meet and Greets and backstage shots for promotional uses. Some of which were concerts, Christian and non-Christian, at venues such as The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, Toyota Center, the Verizon Wireless Theater and the former Compaq Center.
I have worked with many churches shooting grand openings, vacation Bible schools, choir musicals, Christian school events and more. I have also worked with KSBJ 89.3 FM in the Houston area to help promote and shoot Christian concerts and Brown Bag Luncheons.
Some of the Christian artists I have had the honor of shooting are Steven Curtis Chapman, Geoff Moore, Jars of Clay, Wayne Watson, Watermark, Third Day, Caedmon's Call, Sierra, Solomon's Wish, Phillips, Craig and Dean and more.
God has laid this ministry opportunity on our hearts to do His Will and support the Christian community through our passion of photography.

As a spirit-filled Christian, I have been involved in several aspects of the Christian community, as well as non-related events. As I began my walk, I have experienced many ways to express my passion which is promotions.
Between 1984-1991, I volunteered with KSBJ radio in Houston, Texas, a nonprofit contemporary Christian format, working in a capacity of concert stage management for several years. I moved to East Texas to pursue other avenues in my career in sales and marketing, which lead me to venture off into photography and web design in 1995.
In that pursuit, I had the opportunity to work a nonprofit ministry promoting Christian concerts. In 1997, I began an online company called Texas Christian Concert Connection, which involved booking Christian concerts in Texas. Since this inception, I have worked with several ministries in promotions and web design to this present moment.
I was blessed with my wife, whose background is journalism and photography, and it has been a blessing for us to work together in this ministry that God has provided.
